Refer & Earn – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   
   This referral scheme is open to any individual aged 18 or over who wishes to refer other businesses to 55’s services and/or products. You do not need to be an existing 55 customer to participate in the referral program.
   
   
2. Referral rewards:
   
   Referrers will receive a £100 Amazon gift card for each successful referral.
   
   
3. A referral will be deemed successful when:
   
   

• The referred business enters into a service agreement and/or purchases product from 55, with either:
  
  a) contract with a minimum value of £1,200 spend per year;
  
  b) purchases of product to the value of £1,200;
  
  c) a combination of a) and b) totalling £1,200.
  
  
  
• The agreement must be with a new customer who has not previously engaged with 55, or an existing 55 customer who is signing up for a new service they have not previously used.
  
  

1. Reward delivery:
   
   The £100 Amazon gift card will be sent to the referrer within 30 days of the referred business completing their contract agreement with 55.
   
   
2. No referral limits:
   
   There is no limit to the number of businesses a customer can refer. A £100 Amazon gift card will be issued for each successful referral that meets the qualifying criteria.
   
   
3. Submission process:
   
   Referrals must be submitted through the official Referral Form on www.55.co.uk/refer-and-earn to qualify for the reward.
   
   
4. Multiple referrals:
   
   If the same business is referred by multiple people, the reward will be granted to the first person who submitted the referral form.
   
   
5. General conditions:
   
   

• 55 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referred businesses before issuing any reward.
  
  
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
  
  
• 55 reserves the right to modify or withdraw this campaign at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• In case of any dispute, the decision of 55 will be final.

9. Data Collection & Privacy:
   
   

• By participating in this referral scheme, you agree that 55 may collect and process personal data provided as part of the referral submission, including your name, contact details, and information about the business you are referring.
  
  
• This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral scheme, contacting referred businesses, and issuing rewards to successful referrers.
  
  
• All data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. We will never share your personal data or that of your referral with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
